What to expect from a DRAK pilot

1
Scoping Call
Within 2 business days of your request, a member of the Dalhousie Blockchain Lab team will contact you to discuss your workflow and confirm the pilot scope. Typically 30–60 minutes.
2
Workflow Modelling
Our team works with your business analysts to model your workflow in BPMN and DMN. We handle the modelling — you provide domain knowledge. Typically a 2–4 hour session.
3
Live Demo & Report
We deploy the generated smart contract to a test environment, execute a sample transaction end-to-end, and deliver a written pilot report with cost analysis and next-step recommendations.
