🧪 What the Demo Shows

The POC tool demonstrates DRAK's core transformation pipeline end-to-end. You can observe:

  1. Uploading a BPMN XML file (sample files are provided in the tool)
  2. Uploading a DMN XML file with business rules
  3. DRAK analysing the models and generating the DE-HSM intermediate representation
  4. Viewing the generated Solidity smart contract code and REST API specification
  5. Simulating a transaction execution through the generated API

📋 Before You Start

To get the most from the demo, you can use the provided sample BPMN models or create your own. If you want to try with your own process:

  1. Draw your process at bpmn.io (free, no sign-up) — export as XML
  2. Optionally define decision rules at demo.bpmn.io/dmn — export as XML
  3. Upload both files to the DRAK demo tool
  4. Review the generated smart contract and API output

🔗 Supported Blockchain Targets

In the current POC environment, DRAK generates contracts for:

  1. Ethereum — Solidity smart contracts compatible with EVM-based networks including testnets
  2. Hyperledger Fabric — Golang chaincode for permissioned enterprise blockchain networks

Multi-chain deployment (both simultaneously) and cross-chain sub-transaction routing are available in the full product — contact us for a pilot demonstration.

The demo tool includes several pre-built BPMN models representing real industrial workflows. Start with these to understand what DRAK produces before uploading your own process.

A five-party cross-border trade workflow: exporter, freight forwarder, customs broker, bank, and importer. Demonstrates nested sub-transactions, letter of credit conditions, and delivery-triggered payment release.

A three-tier procurement workflow: OEM manufacturer, Tier-1 supplier, and Tier-2 sub-supplier. Shows quality checkpoint gating, conditional payment release, and independent sub-transaction rollback.

A four-party letter of credit workflow with documentary compliance checking. Demonstrates DMN-driven compliance verification, ACID payment management, and full audit trail generation.

Walks through a mid-transaction disruption scenario — a shipping route becomes unavailable — and demonstrates DRAK's repair capability: identifying the failing sub-transaction, amending the BPMN fragment, and resuming the workflow.

Workflow Mapping Session
Our team works with your business analysts to identify and model one of your existing workflows in BPMN — typically a 2–4 hour collaborative session that produces a complete BPMN diagram ready for DRAK.

We deploy the generated smart contract to a test environment connected to your preferred blockchain network — Ethereum testnet, a private Hyperledger Fabric network, or both — and execute a sample transaction end-to-end.
